Grotesque Morning
So I got up did my normal morning rituals got to my car loaded my stuff into my trunk....through my peripherals I saw a cat just chillin on the patch of grass next to my car, so I looked over and thought to myself "wow that cat's head is in a funny position....." then I looked again and this is what I saw....don't click here if dead animals gross you out. It's funny cause my neighbors asked me if I had seen their cat 2 days ago....= \
About 2months back I was contacted by a "Double D" to see if we were interested in sponsoring an event for Young Jeezy's album release and at the time I wasn't able to because of the time constraints so he offered again for T.I.'s new Paper Trails album and after seeing his performance at the VMA's with Rihanna I decided to give in and contribute to the release party.
hopefully we will get better feedback on this then the last promo we tried out
Oh yeah! We restocked Purpman tees & we put in the Heir & Crybaby crewnecks in stock in our webstore

Hmm...will it be better then Leone's? Or will it be a class of its own? I can only hope....movies sometimes can be uber let downs for me *cough* Spider Man 3....speaking of which they're doing a 4th!??!? Let alone trying to work out a contract to film a 5th at the same time? Do studios not read reviews and user generated forums....because if they did they'd realize Spider-Man 3 was the biggest let down since Matrix Revolutions and a huge waste of money.

I don't like Jager
So...it may be 9/11 but there are other issues at hand now. The world's largest 17mile long particle accelerator just got turned on for the first time yesterday in hopes to help scientists find out more about the origins of mass. Now what you should be asking yourself is....so what happens when a 17mile long particle accelerator is turned on full power? (haha) A miniature big bang is what would happen thus, turning our planet (meaning everyone) into a black hole....in short we would cease to exist. All the issues going on in the world would become absolutely null and void....meaning all the trivial shit you may have going on between your friends, school, girlfriend, boyfriend, work etc. means nothing compared to the magnitude of the potential power of the accelerator, and because the universe is so fucking vast it would be like we were never here.
Anyways, moving on today I got a Mighty Kids meal....yea so what? Why? You ask.....simple Star Wars bobble heads.
Yesterday, I went kareoking with a grip of my friends...finally. I didn't realize just how fun it could be (especially under the influence) since I used to get dragged to those things back when I was younger by my parents thus, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. But you will find that when you do things with the right people anything can be fun.....except when you're taking pictures for your blog and none of your friends will have anything to do with you because they don't appreciate you posting their pictures up on your site.

Working...
Mervyn's filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy and has 26 of its store locations shutting down indefinitely.....did not see that one coming (not). In this digital age with blogging and forums etc. it's almost impossible for clothing retail stores like Mervyn's to survive because they are basically marketing, "hey come shop here and look like everyone else!" (haha) People want to be different and due to our generation growing up on Mr. Rogers we all think we are special. (interpret that anyway you want) -_-
Mervyn's getting owned and a lot of stores struggling through these tough times, I started to think about what I am doing right now and I start second guessing my work and life etc. Thank God I love my job......right?
I am pretty sure a lot of you are also having some tough times....so here's a little tip:
McDonald's dollar menu...live and breathe that shit....2x cheeseburger $1.08 + 4 pc. nuggets $1.08 = $2.16 CHEAP!

Cannot believe it
.....long weekend/week
Summing it up. Robert and I went to MAGIC but not as exhibitors (apparently not a good idea to exhibit your stuff at MAGIC without attending it first). And fuck if I know how it happened but our fucking memory card disappeared.....I swear I don't know! Really pisses me off. I was hoping to do some extravagant MAGIC post, but yeah not happening. (I have to get over it)
So Labor Day passed and I got invited to a BBQ by one of my friends since he's friends with one of the chefs at some hip catering venue in Laguna Beach called 7 Degrees...of course I went, and took pictures with my new 2gb memory at hand.

Saw this video the other day and I actually got mad....

What compels people to pull that kind of shit? I don't understand. Does someone have to pull that kind of stunt to revel in their own pathetic glory? Really makes me wonder about the fabric of our society and how thin it exactly is, and why people are stupid enough to post incriminating videos of themselves on the internet.....who wants that kind of attention for their 15 minutes?
